Non-Freon Automatic Ice Making System (Flake Type) ECONICE-F
Adoption of non-Freon refrigeration units in industrial ice makers.
◆Overview This is a non-fluorocarbon automatic ice-making system specifically designed for flake ice, jointly developed by Maekawa, a company with many years of experience in the ice-making and cooling market, and Aiseman Co., Ltd. It produces high-quality flake ice with an unprecedented ice thickness of up to 2.0mm, which is less prone to melting. Flake ice can envelop items without gaps, making it suitable not only for rapid cooling but also for maintaining quality at ice temperatures. ◆Reasons for Selection High-efficiency Ice Making It is capable of continuously producing ice with a thickness of up to 2.0mm. Additionally, it employs an indirect cooling method using an ammonia refrigeration system that operates efficiently throughout the year, cooling CO₂ secondary refrigerant. The refrigeration unit reduces power consumption by 20% compared to conventional ice-making systems. The oil-free system that circulates only CO₂ improves ice-making efficiency by 40% and does not suffer from performance degradation. *Compared to conventional ice-making systems. Wide Range of Lineup We offer a wide range of options from 10 to 54 tons per day. The thickness of the ice can also be adjusted between 1mm and a maximum of 2mm. We flexibly respond to customer needs. For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
